Matt was very accommodating as far as meeting with me despite my limited availability. There were issues with the process. I can almost promise you'll run into SOMETHING while buying a house. Matt was able to explain what the delay was, why it was happening and was very frequently in contact with updates about resolving the issues as they occurred. I would also like to note that none of the delays or issues were due a fault of Team M&M and they were very proactive in getting the process back on track.

Used Matthew and Morgan when my company moved me from Texas to OKC. We were very picky and wanted a house with land, shop, and trees. Matt and Morgan must have shown us 100 houses over a month and drove all over central Oklahoma until we found the PERFECT home. They always answered my calls, returned my emails, and even though we weren't buying a million dollar mansion, they treated us as if we were. Once we found the one Matt and Morgan helped us navigate all the paperwork, inspections, and fiery hoops and kept us calm. I swear my wife and I must have drove them crazy but they never showed it. Matthew Kensinger was my realtor years ago when I bought my house. He was very friendly and professional. He was not a "pushy" realtor at all and he gave space for us to look around the house and ask questions as we needed. He was able to explain everything in a way that made it easy to understand.
