We moved out of our Edmond home in early January, and handed the keys to Linda as we departed for our new home in Alabama. From that point forward, she took care of EVERYTHING, enabling us to sell the home without making any return trips to Oklahoma. Linda's knowledge of local market conditions, coupled with her aggressive marketing, ensured that we priced the home correctly and sold it in less time than market average. In addition to coordinating the repair of minor storm damage that occurred after our departure, Linda ensured that the home was always ready for visits by potential buyers. Her familiarity with local contractors enabled her to quickly satisfy buyer requests for minor repairs when the house was sold. During the entire process, she kept us informed of progress and issues via email, text messages, and voice calls, as appropriate. Linda represented us at the closing, after ensuring that we were able to sign our documentation in Alabama. Combining two established households is not an easy task. Two mature adults trying to find a common ground in a home purchase can be challenging. Linda Reid has the patience of a saint. We changed our minds numerous times as we considered our needs and wants in a house. Each time she patiently scouted out houses that would fit what we were looking for and stay within our budget. When we had unrealistic expectations, she very gently helped us see the realities of the market and how to get the most from our purchase. She was truly our advocate during the entire process.

We recently purchased a beautiful home that is perfect for our needs and certainly checks all the boxes. Linda is an excellent business woman who understands the market and the buying process inside and out. She is a great negotiator who will go to bat for her clients to help them get the best possible price and make sure all the seller and buyer requirements are met.
