Working in my thirteenth year of Real Estate, I am proud to say I have had twelve years of multi-million dollar production. Real Estate is my full-time career, and passion to buy and sell God's great gift of Land. My background is in agriculture and construction, which is a good mix for development land, family farm or a starter home for a newlywed couple.

Having grown up in Canadian County my entire life, I consider it my home base but that does not keep me from traveling to the far corners of our Great State of Oklahoma.

Being business-minded with an engineering lens on life I have a stickler for detail in areas such as knowledge, integrity, authenticity, quality of work, accurate statements and facts, keeping promises, and adding value to the outcome. I cannot say enough here to adequately cover all the positives of our experience through a real estate transaction masterfully managed by Mr. Olterman.
In 2015 we listed our moderately upscale home in Edmond OK FSBO on Zillow. We had previously handled on our own the process of selling and buying of our previous personal homes thus the property was properly prepared. It is appropriate to also mention that from our experience on both sides of the FSBO transaction the process is not for the light-hearted and comes with carefully managed risks.

My wife and I had an open house scheduled three days out from the listing. The response was tremendous at the open house. Where other agents faltered, Karl made the selling experience a pleasant one, giving me a lot of hope where I felt I would be lucky to sell.
An agent told me I would be lucky to get what I paid for it 4.5 years earlier, but it sold within a week for more than 35% more than what I paid. Thanks to Karl for increasing my selling price substantially and enabling me to sell at a profit.
