Erica answered every question I threw her way. Especially at a time where I as a new homebuyer need help finding a great place for my family when I wasn't present to see the houses. This was our second time with Erica to buy and first to sell, so needless to say, there was a lot more on our plate than the first time we worked with her. She was so patient and heard everyone of our concerns/needs/wishes as we navigated through both buying and selling. She is so educated and caring and we cannot sing her praises enough! She and Kandi helped us with every detail, nothing too big or small, along the way, even checking in after we’d been settled in our house for a few weeks. They both go above and beyond, which is a rare quality these days. While we plan on being in this home for the long haul, we would GLADLY use them again in the future and send everyone her way that’s looking for a realtor need.

Erica is without a doubt the BEST realtor I have ever used. She walked me through every aspect of the home buying process and was always available to take my calls.
