Ginger did a fabulous job selling our home. After an unsuccessful sale with a different realtor (whose only lever seemed to be price reductions) lasting almost 6 months, Ginger brought in a lot of innovative ideas and sold it in less than 2 months for a better asking price than our previous realtor wanted. Ginger Halsrud was our realtor for the purchase of our home and for the sale of my father's home and recently for the purchase of another new home and sale of our other house. Ginger is a true professional that assisted me in the purchase of my new home! She was honest with all questions I asked and was truthful. She displayed zero aspects of the agent who was just trying to make a sell. She supported me from the start to the very completion and then welcomed me at my doorstep with a welcoming gift. Her professionalism extended way beyond the required in order to assist me as I was stationed with the military in California and flew to Oklahoma to purchase a home a few months in advance of me transferring. Ginger made me feel like family and I would recommend her to everyone!!! Ginger is professional, kind, personal, and understands her job. It was an honor to have her assisting me with this first time and very important process. I had spoken to other realtors who were not as helpful prior to her. I even had another realtor who told me "Hey you get what you get and I am a busy person"! Ginger helped my family find our Retirement home while we were half way across the Unites States in California. She made Dailey house tours for us and dents pictures and videos for is to view and she sent her recommendations of how she thought the house would suit our family. She made it so easy to find a home that my husband flew into town and made an offer in one day. Ginger than once again came toy rescue 6 months later when my husband decided he wanted to divorce me and I needed to find a home for myself and two small children. She listened to what I was looking for and I was persistent in the house I wanted and she went in strong and got me the house I wanted. I would definately recommend her to anyone in this area or moving to this area.

Ginger was the worst realtor we ever had. Just kidding she is very attentive and resourceful, She would stop what she was doing at a drop of a hat to show us properties.
